What We Offer

You do not need to leave your current gym to train at Knights Forge MMA.

Many of our members:
• Continue training at their own martial arts gyms
• Use Knights Forge MMA to integrate their skills into MMA
• Gain experience in controlled MMA-oriented training

Knights Forge MMA is designed as a meeting point where martial artists from different backgrounds can train together, learn from each other, and grow.
  • MMA Standing Takedowns

    This class focuses on integrating striking with takedowns. Athletes learn how to use combinations and feints to enter stand-up takedowns from both long range (shots) and close range (clinch and body lock situations). We also emphasise takedown defence—whether stopping attempts early through anticipation or responding urgently when an opponent is already deep in on the attack.
  • MMA Wall Work
    Learn how to effectively use the cage to control and dominate positions. Athletes are taught offensive wall clinch strategies to apply pressure, slow the pace, and transition into takedowns. We also cover defensive wall work, including how to protect yourself when pinned against the cage, defend clinch and takedown attempts, and safely return to your feet using the wall if taken down.
  • Brazilian jiu-jitsu coaching
    Every fighter will eventually find themselves on the ground. This class teaches how to stay safe, escape from bottom positions, and use submissions to create sweeps, scrambles, or stand-ups. From the top position, athletes learn how to maintain control, advance position, apply submissions, and effectively use ground-and-pound to dominate the fight.
